Help Your Self

For some time I've been getting a daily inspirational quote emailed from a well-known marketer.

I recently bought a product from him. Which is the way the system is supposed to work.

Except that this transaction has disclosed a very disappointing fact: his words and his actions are a very long way apart.

At least - now I'm aware.

So for anyone into self help - help yourself most by first being true to yourself.
