Infection by Others
Today I spent some time with someone who is rabidly enthusiastic about his hobby.
Not only does he know a great deal about the facts of the subject, but he lives its history and connections, carries that knowledge into the real world with effects on people who are often unassailable by others.
His enthusiasm is infectious.
It's a topic I'd barely given a thought to before, but can already feel the stirrings of interest and even fascination.
How far would you get if you became so infected? And used that infection to enhance the lives of others?
