Refugee Camps and Hope
Jenny is reading a book about refugees. It's current, now stuff, and it's appalling. What so-called enlightened humans can do to other humans.
Faced with the agonies they endure 24/7, most of us would hit a very hard wall.
What we can do, however, is use the universal energy to send these unidentified, unknown souls our love and hope, and feel enormous gratitude for the way their torturers came to their senses, turned their energies to rehabilitating them, and the marvellous, inspiring ways these people turned their lives around.
Note the use of tense. Imagine it as already happened. And you're looking back now, from a future point, marvelling at such a history.
And be sure to use some of your positive self help energy for countries such as the US and Australia, who, despite loud claims to the contrary, used to hide this dark side of their personalities so diligently.
